Designing your Shomera is enjoyable, rewarding and exciting. It will be custom made for you and designed to blend in with the aesthetics of your property and its environment.
Our design team will work with you to create your own unique living space. With our expert guidance, you will choose the doors, windows, electrical specifications and internal layout. Depending on how you wish to use your Shomera, you can include an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette or internal partitions – the choice is yours.
Because your Shomera will be uniquely crafted for you, we will need to understand your requirements and design ideas before we can give you a price for your Shomera. When you visit any of our Shomera Villages you will gain a better understanding of the pricing. Shomera Studio prices typically range from €20,000 - €55,000 and Shomera Extension prices typically range from €35,000 - €65,000. Your quotation will include all relevant works and VAT (13.5%). |
